Arden, a native of Boothbay Harbor and the youngest of six siblings, brings a strong work ethic instilled by her entrepreneurial parents. With a degree in Structural Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Maine, she initially embarked on a career designing industrial structures for renowned facilities. However, her passion for real estate emerged when she purchased her first multi-unit property at 23, igniting her journey as both a real estate investor and Realtor. Today, Arden thrives as a full-time Realtor, and Investor. She owns and operates 50+ rental units while assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in Maine real estate. Her diverse expertise, spanning sales, contracting, property management, and more, coupled with her engineering background, positions her as an adept problem solver. Arden’s genuine love for people and her dedication to helping them achieve their real estate goals shine through in her work. When not immersed in real estate, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband Eric and dog Benny, along with exploring Southern Maine’s vibrant dining scene. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Maine, Eric began his career as a manufacturing engineer before transitioning into real estate full-time. As the driving force behind the couple’s property management company, overseeing 50+ rental units, Eric brings a wealth of experience in property management to the team. In addition to managing their extensive rental portfolio, Eric dedicates himself to assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. His forte lies in commercial investing, thanks to his background and expertise in the field. Hailing from Bowdoinham, Maine, Eric is a true Mainer at heart. In his downtime, he can be found on the ice playing hockey, enjoying disc golf with friends, or out on the water, boating and wake surfing on the couple’s boat. Eric’s unique blend of engineering precision and real estate acumen make him an invaluable asset to clients seeking to navigate the complex world of real estate. Meet Kriszha, a key member of the Stuckey Real Estate Team. Armed with a degree in Management Accounting from Saint Louis University, Kriszha serves as our Transaction Coordinator and administrator. Her exceptional organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail make her an indispensable asset to our team. Kriszha plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience whether they are buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Outside of work, she indulges in her passion for reading, art, journaling, and cherishes quality time with her family and beloved cats.
