Investment Background
At 22, Arden had just graduated from college and spent two months volunteering in the forests of Madagascar; living in a tiny hut. After moved back to Portland Maine to live with my college roommate and start a full-time job as a structural engineer, she had next to no money and no idea what to do next. At 23 she worked with a Realtor and purchased her first multi-unit which was a large triplex with 9 bedrooms. She moved into the second-floor apartment and was thrust into a crash course in property ownership and being a landlord. This purchase catapulted her into the world of investing and today Arden owns and operates 25 units in Southern Maine, with a total value of almost 3 million dollars. She works as a full-time Realtor and property investor and is passionate about educating people about the wealth and financial freedom power of the real estate investment industry.

It may feel overwhelming at first, but take things one step at a time. Arden’s biggest piece of advice is that you have to start somewhere! Her first purchase wasn’t an out-of-this-world deal at the time, but it got her started on the journey and helped her learn the basics in the process. After consistent planning & diligently improving the property, it is now one of her strongest rental properties!
